Get What YOU Want

Massage Therapy: Reduce pain and muscle tightness. I have performed massage therapy techniques on individuals of all ages and body types and helped many of these individuals reach their goal of becoming pain-free with daily activities. 

Stretching Sessions: If you have a nagging tight muscle I will come stretch it for you. Combining this with massage therapy can reduce pain and improve function. 

Strength and Flexibility Testing: I utilize a handheld dynamometer for strength testing. This is the Gold Standard technology used for strength testing to reveal muscle imbalances. 

Create individualized workout plan based on your strengths/weaknesses and your personal goals. 

Evaluate your current physical activity plan (gym workouts, walking, exercise classes, etc.) and provide feedback and potential changes that will lead you towards achieving your goals. 

General Education: During our time together I am an open resource to answer any questions you may have about anything health related. If I don't have the answers to your questions, I will get the answers to you shortly after the session.

Customize Your Experience

While I may be a physical therapist, my services under PT Just For Me, LLC are as a personal trainer and health coach. 

This simply means that I can provide whatever services you want that fall under the list above, however often you want, without requirements or restrictions. 

The following hypothetical situation summarizes one of the major differences between the services I provide and the services you would receive at a physical therapy clinic. 



Hypothetically: You may feel awful and want a full session of massage. 

Traditional PT Clinic: Your physical therapist refuses for a number of reasons -  Maybe giving massage the whole session is against company policy (because massage is a low-paying code), or against that therapist's personal philosophy that all people need to exercise more, or because they are overloaded with paperwork and when they are giving a massage they can not be documenting on their computer. 

My Approach: Of course, you get a full session of massage no questions asked whether you're in pain or not. I may occasionally recommend some lifestyle changes to improve your health but I am not someone that is going to come in to your home and force you to exercise. 


I am a resource - use my services as you see fit.
